MUJI eGift Card
Purchasing of MUJI eGift Card
You can purchase MUJI eGift Card by using a credit card or debit card at the website (https://mujiegiftcard.woohoo.in). An account must be registered prior to the purchase.
Delivery Information and Requirements
Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. The recipient will receive an email notification within the same day, notifying them that they have received a MUJI eGift Card from you. MUJI eGift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
Redemption
MUJI eGift Card is valid for one-time use, there is no reload and any unutilized amount will be forfeited. Redemption of MUJI eGift Card is only applicable in Singapore and can only be used on the purchase of products and services provided by MUJI Singapore Retail Stores and Café&Meal MUJI. It cannot be use for online purchases. If a purchase exceeds the balance in the MUJI eGift Card(s), the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Fees and Expiry Date
MUJI eGift Card(s) has a validity period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Extension of the validity period is not allowed.
Refund and Exchange
The MUJI eGift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, vouchers or coupons. There is no refund of the balance value on your MUJI eGift Card, any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
Handling
MUJI Singapore reserves the rights to correct the balance of your MUJI eGift Card if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred.
Limitations
Your MUJI eGift Card cannot be used to purchase other MUJI eGift Cards or MUJI Gift Cards. The value stored in a MUJI eGift Card cannot be transferred to another MUJI eGift Card. MUJI eGift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. The eGift Card is deemed void if reloaded, resold without authorization, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Any unused MUJI eGift Card(s) cannot be transferred.
Risk of Loss
The ownership and risk of loss of MUJI eGift Card is pass on to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. MUJI Singapore is not responsible for any lost or stolen MUJI eGift Card(s), and the eGift Card(s) will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, please contact our customerservice@muji.com.sg immediately.
Reasons for Failed eGift Card Delivery
MUJI eGift Card(s) are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a spam/trash folder
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over the size limit
- Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email settings will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam. If the email is still not found, kindly contact us at customerservice@muji.com.sg for assistance immediately.
Personalized messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to a MUJI eGift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in length indicated on the message input box. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.

Limitation of liability
We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability will be the replacement of such gift card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
