1) Where can MUJI eGift Cards be purchased from?
You can purchase MUJI eGift Card by using a credit card or debit card at the website (https://mujiegiftcard.woohoo.in/). An account must be registered prior to the purchase. 

2) Will I receive a receipt or statement for my eGift Card purchase?
Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order details. The recipient will receive an email notification within the same day, notifying them that they have received a MUJI eGift Card from you, indicating the value of the eGift card along with its validity period. MUJI eGift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours. We also recommend to check your spam message as sometimes email may be redirected.

3) Where is MUJI eGift Card accepted?
MUJI eGift Card can be utilized in any MUJI Singapore retail stores or Café&Meal MUJI outlets, excluding Online Store.

4) Can we top-up MUJI eGift Cards after the purchase?
MUJI eGift Cards are for one-time usage and are not reloadable. 

5) Does MUJI eGift Card have an expiry date?
MUJI eGift Card is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, the validity date will be indicated on the email sent to the recipient. 
Example: Purchase 1 March 2021, expiry is 28 August 2021

6) Can the value be transferred to another MUJI eGift Card if I’ve lost the email ?
The value stored in a MUJI eGift Card cannot be transferred. The ownership and risk of loss of MUJI eGift Card is pass on to the purchaser upon the completion of transaction. MUJI Singapore is not responsible for any lost or stolen MUJI eGift Card, and the eGift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If there is an unusual transaction/fraud on your eGift Card, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@muji.com.sg immediately.

7) Can we do a refund for the value of the MUJI eGift Card that is unused?
There is no refund of any value on your MUJI eGift Card once transaction is completed.

8) What do I do if my MUJI eGift Card is stolen or if there is fraud detected in relation to my eGift Card?
If you need assistance with any aspect of MUJI eGift Card, including but not limited to the purchase, ownership, or use of your MUJI eGift Card, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@muji.com.sg. Further information such as your eGift Card number is required for checking.

9) Can MUJI eGift Card be used in any other MUJI Countries?
The MUJI eGift Card can solely be used in the Retail Stores and Café&Meal MUJI outlets in Singapore.

11) Are there any other charges or taxes?
MUJI Singapore does not charge any fees for the issuance, activation and use of your MUJI eGift Card. The MUJI eGift Card has a validity period of 180 days from the date of purchase.
